Kobayashi Healthcare International, Inc. consists of an existing facility being used for the manufacture of activated-carbon / iron oxide type hand warmers. The project is to expand the two existing buildings and connect them with new buildings creating a single unlimited area building that will be used for manufacturing storage, and accessory type uses.
Modeling and detailing of panel embeds with bent rebar: Embeds which are connect to tilt-up panel wall is very challenging to provide embed connections at the panel splice and corner locations according to the panel height and its thickness.
Interior columns with sleeve base plate: It is type of base plate connection used for interior columns when concrete slab pour before the erection of column. It is very challenging to detail two bent sleeve with sleeve cap arrangement
Auto-connection applicator was used to automate the connections. By using our Auto connection applicator we were able to automate 1014 shear connection.
Prepared a custom component for fast and quality output for attached girt connection
