Project Summary

NBCUniversal Employee center is 5 story, 84,000-square-foot employee center known as "The Commons". To the north across the project's central green space, the Commons has a curving footprint, housing uses such as a commissary, a large special events theater, two screening rooms, and space for events with up to 1,000 attendees.

Our Scope of work

NBCUniversal Employee center is 5 story, 84,000-square-foot employee center known as "The Commons". To the north across the project's central green space, the Commons has a curving footprint, housing uses such as a commissary, a large special events theater, two screening rooms, and space for events with up to 1,000 attendees.

The scope of work required SANRIA to create 3D structural steel model including all Main, Embeds, and miscellaneous steel elements using Tekla structure and to extract all drawings and reports to facilitate the construction of the steel structure.

SANRIA crated models and drawings as per AISC, AWS and OSHA standards based on structural and Architectural design drawings. The project deliverables included Erection drawings, Fabrication drawings, Bolt drawings, Single Part drawings, and generated reports like ABM, NC files, Laser file, XML file, Bolt List, DXF File. Besides, we had validated As-built Anchor location and provided layouts for the locations where Anchor bolts were out of Tolerance.
